Day 2 - Bike | 01.05.2010 |
Bike time today (56:09 - 40,3 km/h average) wasn't great but quite okay for this course and conditions and the
fact that I still lack some kilometers this season.
I'm currently placed 4th overall.

Season about to start | 29.04.2010 |
Finally my form curve starts to look a bit more promising than it was one or two months ago, mainly due to a constant and qualitative training over the last few weeks. which makes me happy to announce that I'm about to start my season this weekend.
As usual the kick-off will be with a three-day event called "the days of truth" starting tomorrow.
The competition will be hard as never before what you realize at the latest when looking at the start list:
1500m Swim - Heat 3 - 14:30
-) Sickl Heinrich
-) Pons Miguel
-) Renko Max
-) Spitzer Martin
-) Al-Sultan Faris
-) Rieß Vincent
-) Lorber Christoph
-) Klaftenegger Achim
-) Scherwitzl Boris
-) Lanzer Martin
So far my only goal will be to improve my time from last year (20:38).
All the best..

Design change possible | 12.04.2010 |
As you've probably noticed I am currently working on the possibility of a single-click design change (see menu)
from a grey to a blue colored theme.
However, it does only work on the index site so far, but hopefully I'll be able to change that until tomorrow.
Enjoy! |

Almost back home | 08.04.2010 |
After nearly two weeks of quite intense training here in Lignano Sabbiadoro I'm actually looking forward
to return back home.
One and a half days or rather four training sessions are left before we'll be heading back to the (as I've heard)
unusually cold Carinthia.
I'll be writing a longer update then, since the internet connection here is not that great. |
