Season about to start | 08.04.2008  |
First of all (before I forget) I'm sorry for the lack of updates in the past few weeks.
There's no real excusion, I was just very busy with other stuff and honestly didn't know much to write about.
But now with less than a month to go for the first races this year, it's time to get in
shape and maximize training efficiency!
I'm still not sure if I'm going to make some duathlon events this year or
rather start directly with the "tri-thing".
Luckily I still got a few days to decide ;-) |

Made one new banner and about 10-15 new random pics.

Also the problem with constant spam entries in the guestbook
over the last few weeks got fixed. (at least I hope so)

Week 1 after Lanzarote:
I didn't train a lot for the last few days (regeneration week), but with this much rain and/or
snow outside you can't do much anyway.
It was quite a shock getting back from temperatures of 25+ C to this cloudy and foggy conditions.
I hope my memories from the last weeks will help me getting over it.
From my point of view I won't mind if the summer starts a bit earlier this year!

Due to some password stealers, who deleted and edited the most recent entries, there won't be further updates for at least two weeks.
I am hoping that I can make the whole admin area more secure within that time! |
